Question 1 : How to get an ID card for people with disabilities?

To obtain a Disability ID Card, the disabled person must document that he/she is 40% disabled with a health board report. Mild ÖGV (40-49,) Moderate ÖGV (50-59), Severe ÖGV following the provisions of the "Regulation on Special Needs Assessment for Children" in the health board report if the disabled person is under 18 years of age (60-69) Very Severe ÖGV (70-79), Has a Significant Special Requirement (80-89), Has Special Condition Requirement (90-99) must be included.

The Provincial Directorate of Family, Labor and Social Services in the province where the disabled person resides can be applied with 2 photos, an identity card, and an original or approved sample of the disability health board report and an ID card can be obtained for the disabled.
