Monitoring and Guidance Services

Monitoring and guidance activities are carried out for three months within a year after our young people under protection and care leave the institution care because of being an adult or the completion of their academic life. Those activities are conducted by the professionals (such as social workers) who are assigned from the social service model the young people lastly left, in line with their request and content. In 2018, Post-Care Guidance units were activated under our Provincial Directorates.

“Life Skills”, “Working Life and Law”, “Training Packs” were prepared for children between the ages of 16-18 in institutional care and for young people who continue their higher education or who are separated from the institution in 2018 in cooperation with our Directorate General and Directorate General of Family and Society Services.
