During the meeting with the Governor of Kırıkkale, Bülent TEKBIYIKOĞLU, General Director of Services for the Persons with Disabilities and Elderly, Spc. Dr. Orhan KOÇ, the service capacities of the institutions affiliated to the General Directorate of Services for Persons with Disabilities and Elderly of the Ministry of Family and Social Services in Kırıkkale and the efforts for persons with disabilities and elderly citizens in Kırıkkale were evaluated.
