Department of Research Development and Project




The duties of the Department of Research Development and Project are as follows:

  1. Determining the vision, mission, strategic goals and objectives of the General Directorate in accordance with the vision, strategic goals and objectives of the Ministry, monitoring the implementation, coordinating the information and training activities, preparing action plans according to the determined strategies, carrying out activities for the implementation in cooperation with the relevant units,

 

  1. Carrying out the preparatory activities of the protocols and cooperation agreements to be signed by the Directorate General, keeping their records, coordinating with the relevant departments,

 

  1. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual activity reports of the Directorate General and preparing them for publication,

 

  1. Coordinating the evaluation and response of requests for research in institutions affiliated to our Directorate General,

 

  1. Coordinating the response of the parliamentary questions sent by the Presidency of the Parliament,

 

  1. Carrying out and coordinating the national and international procedures of the Directorate General regarding the European Union and foreign relations in coordination with other ministry units,

 

  1. Carrying out studies regarding the European Union (Turkey Progress Report, National Plan, Social Inclusion Memorandum, the National Action Plan on Asylum and Migration, Human Trafficking, the negotiation chapters, etc.), ensuring the coordination of the Directorate General with the relevant units of the Ministry within this framework,

 

  1. For the Directorate General service area in the Ministry's performance program; monitoring performance targets, performance indicators with responsible units, measuring and evaluating performance results in the program, conducting the correspondence of the Directorate General in foreign language (English).
